Parade of Homes

Believe it or not, this Saturday, September 9th, is already the opening of the Fall 2017 Parade of Homes. After months of preparation and planning, we can’t wait to get things rolling and start sharing our models!

Of the three homes we’re featuring this fall, we might be most excited about this elegant Woodbury traditional. (We reserve the right to change our minds and say that about the other two homes as well!)

Warm and bright, this family-centered home seamlessly combines modern trends with timeless touches. Sophisticated finishes set apart the more traditional spaces. Such as the paneled formal dining room, however, the entire floor plan is tied together by its classic but cozy style.

A spacious five bedrooms and five bathrooms, other highlights of this family-centered home include a gourmet kitchen and spa-style master suite. Although we may wish to remain in denial, the fall is swiftly approaching! Before we know it, the leaves will be changing colors and kids will be back in school. Whether you can’t wait for sweater weather or are still savoring the summer, there’s one part of fall we’re anxiously awaiting: the Parade of Homes. It’s almost time again for all of us builders to open up our doors and share what we’ve been working away on all spring and summer!

Our in-house team and collaborators outdid themselves with theses spectacular spaces; we cannot sing the praises of our crew, David Charlez Designs, and Design Creatif enough!

The walkout lower level was built to host with ease and features a mini bar, media room, and sport court. An urban refuge, this 1.6-acre lot rests in Woodbury’s up-and-coming Autumn Ridge neighborhood; a mere mile from top-notch East Ridge High School.

In honor of putting the finishing touches on our Parade Homes this week, we’re sharing another little glimpse of our design process! It takes a village to plan, create, build, and coordinate the coming together of these homes. We’re sincerely grateful for each and every person on our team that contributes their craftsmanship and skills to turn our clients’ dreams into reality.

Today, we’d like to shine the spotlight on the talented, trendsetting designers that help provide the creative vision for our homes. We’re forever in awe of their stunning work and brilliant ideas! Each year, the Parade of Homes’ guidebook features a style section that explores the working processes of prominent local designers. This year, we’re proud to announce that our colleague, Lisa Robbins of Design Creatif, is included among the fabulous featured professionals!

Whether or not this unseasonably warm weather is here to stay (fingers crossed!), one thing remains certain: the Spring Parade of Homes is nearly here. Each year, we can hardly wait for everyone to emerge from their winter hibernation and explore the homes we’ve been working away on!

As a custom home builder, we can think of few events that so perfectly combine what we love. Sharing our team’s exceptional craftsmanship and connecting with our local community are two of our greatest joys. Our contractors, project managers, and vendor partners are the best in the business – we’ll sing their praises any chance we can get!

Another highlight of the Spring Parade is forecasting what design trends will define the coming year. 2017 may have just begun, but our designers have been playing with mood boards and dreaming up ideas for months already!
